PROCESSING:

Our processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. This means that your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment within this time frame. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING & TAX POLICY:

After your order has been processed, we will ship it to you via our standard shipping method. Shipping time is also 3-8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania.

  • If you’re in Pennsylvania, your total will include tax at checkout.
  • If you’re in any other U.S. state, you will not be charged tax unless we become required by law.

This tax is calculated and collected automatically by our system and helps us stay compliant with state tax laws.

Glammed2theTey A&C is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. The shipping courier is 100% responsible once your package is dispatched & we do not control the method in which your items are delivered.
